Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Martin Sundiata is an accomplished theatrical designer with expertise in lighting, sound, and video. As a freelance designer with a passion for teaching, the intent is always for his art to be nutritional; uplifting and highlighting the voices of his community as the primary focus.

Martin graduated with a Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD. He is also a playwright, and directed his original work “DREAM AND DISCONNECT” at the Turpin-Lamb Theatre in 2022. He continues to design and operate shows across Maryland, DC, and New York.
